| Mission Our mission is to provide quality day health services to physically and cognitively impaired adults in an enriching environment and to provide day respite and support for caregivers. Philosophy of Care The Adult Care Center of Roanoke Valley provides care within an informal environment that promotes independence and purposeful activity, offers respect and friendship and adds quality and meaning to daily life for adults who are unable to function completely alone.
